Fun at the Farm!

Schreiber's Farm in CT that is! I saw the opportunity to scrapbook these photos when I saw Kristy's sketch over at Design Dollies! Loved it..had to do it...and this is what I came up with!

I pulled the colors for this LO from Emma's sweater. I wanted to try a different color combo than just "fall" colors because we were on a hayride in October! I loved the outcome!

I am so behind on challenges it isn't funny...hoping I can play catch up this week! Big hugs everyone!!

Dollie's Trifecta Quickie!!

It is very late, and I have had one heck of a weekend!! So I need to post this fast to make it into the Trifecta over at Design Dollie's! Let me tell you...THIS WAS HARD! It took me 3 days to get it right and I still HATE it. But I feel it was a good start to doing trifecta's and I will get used to combining so many challenges into one. I have to say, I was NOT fond of this color challenge at all and that was what was the hardest to work with!! (No offence Doll's, I love your challenges, this one was just rough for me lol!) Well, I guess it worked out in the end. Certainly one of my least fave LO's, I may end up tearing it apart and making a re-do! Ugh...but anywho! Here it is for your un-enjoyment...

On a happy note, I got my Chamilia/Pandora bracelet back which I was missing terribly! (the clasp broke and I had to have it replaced) I was happy to have it back on my wrist "wear" it belongs! Alright, I need to get my buns to bed..I will post much more interesting things tomorrow! Giant hugs, Happy Scrapping!

Some SSC fun and a little extra!

April's first Color Combo challenge is up over at Simply Scrapping Crafts! Absolutely gorgeous combo, has Spring written ALL over it! Here it is...

The twist was to use WHITE as our background! and here is what I came up with (I fibbed and used 4 colors instead of 3....eep!)

I just loved this card, how it came out! It just worked for me.

And now for the EXTRA!! Pryn, Tracey and Lesley (aka the Lollipop Guild) over at The Greeting Farm are still in it to win it for the Royal Contest! Here is the link directly to their card that miss Tracey created!! It is GAWGESSSSS!! And if they get enough votes and make it to next week my dearest Pryn gets to show us her style with her creation! So head on over there, register, and VOTE VOTE VOTE!!

Ta ta for now lovies! Happy Scrapping!
