Ink it up challenge!

Let's Ink It Up Challenge #11 is to you your punches or die cuts! I had to get this great new rubber stamp from Hero Arts (RAK from one of my dear friends Clare!!) Some vintagey goodness...

The rubber stamps I used are the birdcage from Hero Arts, and the sentiment and frame! I actually tried a technique I saw somewhere where you stamp the BACK of the stamp with a lighter colors, then stamp the image normally with a darker color! I think it worked pretty good for my sentiment label! And my punch is the MS butterflies! Love this punchy SO MUCH!!

Moxie Trigger and APC Cuppy Cakes!

The Moxie Trigger is adorable this week! I LOVE cupcakes (baking is my second passion) and these polka dot cupcake wrappers stole my heart!

I wanted to to make something a little different, well I usually do lol so I decided to make cupcake hot air balloons! This trend is still so hot right now! I also used fair tickets but turned them over to make a cool border! I used the bottom of a cupcake stamp for my "basket" and I drew the tops! I think they came out pretty cute!

This card is also for the APC Forum Cuppy Cakes challenge! Jilly just posted a fun new challenge that will get you "sew" in the mood to craft!! ;oP

the apc forum that i totally loves had a crop that kinda was an epic fail (well i had a freaking fun time doing the challenges ANYWAYS) so i decided to share what i did for the challenges and get the word out for this AWESOME forum!! we really need more peoples to come and join in on all the coolness going on!! its so casual and completely o-p-e-n...if you are having a crap day and want to say you're having a shit day you don't have to worry about having your head bitten off for swearing!! hahaha, i can be a total potty mouth if i am angered...which happens *gasp* lmbo!!

Totally Hues and Unscripted Sketches!

I was searching around for a few fresh challenges to do today and I found the Totally Hues #4 color combo challenge and the Unscripted Sketches #98 sketch. The sketch was a toughy for me until I looked at the DT samples and got some ideas for it! And the color hues, they are AMAZING!! I did try to make them work together but I just wasn't happy with the way it came out so I ended up with making 2 different cards! Still not thrilled with the sketch, but I love how the color hues card came out!!

CAS and Color Hues!!

I have a quite a bit to share today! I went a little Taz on my crafting last night and got a whole bunch of challenges done that I have been wanting to play along with! To start us of is the Clean and Simple Sketch! I love this sketch and I have another idea for it but this is the first one!


And now for the Color Hues Challenge LOVEEEEE this color combo and I was lucky enough to have all this yummy SU! and TAC stuff in the perfect colors!! AND I used my favorite ribbon treatment that I saw on a youtube video!

I have a few more cards that I am debating on mailing into the Stamping Royalty Contest or not...if and when I decide I will post them!

Another post and another Moxie challenge!

This time it's the Tuesday Trigger! I was so excited when I saw the trigger photo and knew almost immediately what I wanted to do! So i got to work and wha-la! The only boo boo I made was I turned the paper on the bottom half of the card in the wrong direction!! I really would have liked the words to be running the correct way but by the time I noticed I had already glued down all the buttons!! It's not terrible so it will do lol!!
